Big Bud has long been known as a cannabis strain with amazing performance. Less well known is the fact that its optimal Indica heritage has been carefully refined and continually improved over the years.

Primary Big Bud was a robust Afghan bred with Skunk genes, a hybrid of unusual and unexpected vigor, with a production that broke all canons. Distributed in clone form, Big Bud quickly became a popular commercial variety.

The huge production naturally continues to be the most prominent feature of the Big Bud seed variety.

Plants that have their full flowering time will grow somewhat taller and are generally the highest-yielding specimens. The stems are thick and robust, although the masses of gigantic, sweet and shiny buds can grow so heavy that they bend and even break them, for which the most promising branches must be helped with taut bows or twine.
